Ms Diane Kriegler

Counseling Psychologist

Psychologist providing in-person and online therapy for adults suffering from depression, anxiety, bereavement & relationship problems.

About Me

I provide a supportive space for adults overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, bereavement, or relationship problems. Whether we meet online or in person, I aim to help you explore these challenges. Together, we can gently unpack what feels overwhelming, working towards greater clarity and finding practical ways forward. My approach focuses on understanding your unique experience, helping you move towards a more settled place.

Approach

When life feels heavy from depression, anxiety, grief or relationship strain, I focus on small, practical steps that help you feel steadier while we make sense of what’s happening. Whether we meet in Johannesburg or online, sessions can be in Afrikaans, English or French and will follow your pace — reflective conversation, focused problem-solving and skills practice where helpful. Between sessions I may suggest brief experiments or reflection prompts to test new ways of coping. This approach often suits adults and couples seeking gentle, practical change.
