About Me

I am a licensed psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with seven years of experience working in a public hospital under a psychiatry department. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with a wide range of clinical clients facing concerns including trauma, anxiety, mood problems, and other mental health challenges.

Approach

I am into traumatology and deliver trauma-focused psychological interventions tailored to each individual’s needs. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing the profound impact of trauma on the mind and body. I draw from evidence-based modalities to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce symptoms, and restore a sense of control, safety, and meaning in their lives.
