Ms Dhwani Agarwal

Counseling Psychologist

Online video call and In person sessions available in Noida. Conducting online and offline therapy sessions for over 4.5 years. As a therapist, my job is to create a safe space where clients can hold on to hope, be who they are and talk about anything that’s on their mind without judgement.

About Me

You deserve a space to truly be yourself. I provide a non-judgemental environment where you can openly discuss anything on your mind. My goal is to help you feel understood and hold onto hope. With over 4.5 years of experience, I guide clients in exploring their concerns authentically. This approach helps anyone seeking clarity. Sessions are available online or in Noida.

Approach

When we meet, I keep sessions steady and collaborative so you can notice patterns at your own pace while feeling supported. In Noida or over video, I work in English or Hindi/Urdu, balancing careful listening with gentle reflections and practical steps tailored to concerns like managing change, intense emotions or parenting pressures. Between sessions I offer short reflections and simple experiments to try, and we review what helped before adjusting our focus. This way of working often helps adolescents, adults and couples seeking clear, compassionate support.
