Child and Family Pathways specializes in children’s mental health and behaviours. *Currently providing Online Therapy* Let’s put the Joy back in Parenting .

About Me

Parenting children with mental health and behavioural challenges can feel overwhelming. I specialise in children's mental health, guiding families to navigate these difficulties and rediscover connection. Through online therapy, we can collaboratively explore effective approaches from your home. My focus is to support you in understanding your child's needs, transforming struggles into positive pathways. This helps parents put the joy back into everyday family life.

Approach

Bringing more ease into everyday family moments starts with small, practical shifts we explore together in sessions. From my Burlington office and through secure online sessions in English, our work moves between focused conversations, short skill-building experiments you can try at home, and clear check-ins that keep progress tangible. I pace sessions to match your family’s rhythm, using gentle structure and psychoeducation to clarify behaviours and plan next steps. Families navigating attention, transitions or trauma often find this steady, hands-on way of working helpful.
