Devika Abrol, MSc

Integrative Psychotherapist

At Devika A. Psychotherapy, I provide culturally sensitive, holistic psychotherapy that helps individuals move from overwhelm and emotional pain toward clarity, resilience, and a more embodied sense of self. My practice supports expatriates, third-culture individuals, women, adolescents, and neurodivergent clients through life’s most challenging transitions — including depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and self-esteem struggles. I combine evidence-based therapeutic modalities — such as CBT, DBT and ACT — with integrative tools like dream exploration, and energy-informed practices to address both the mind and body. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space for deep healing, self-understanding, and growth, tailored to your unique experience and goals. If you’re seeking greater clarity, relief from emotional distress, or a grounded way to navigate life’s complexities, I help you pause, understand your inner world, and be more present in your daily life.

About Me

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen, understood, and supported — not rushed or judged. Working with me is collaborative, reflective, and compassionate. I adapt my approach to each client, blending evidence-based therapy with a holistic, mind-body lens. I support adults, adolescents, expatriates, and neurodivergent individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity challenges, trauma, chronic stress, or difficulties navigating life transitions.

Approach

My approach is integrative, culturally sensitive, and client-centred. I blend evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic, mind-body practices to support both emotional insight and practical change. Sessions are collaborative and adaptable.
