Ms Debalina Bhattacharjee

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Compassionate and competent Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist trained at NIMHANS. I am committed to working with clients in a collaborative manner to address emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties as well as areas of stuckness using an integrated holistic approach.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space where we can collaboratively explore emotional, behavioural, or relational challenges. Together, we gently unravel areas of stuckness, helping you make sense of what feels overwhelming. Our integrated approach considers all aspects of your life. This helps clients feeling trapped find clarity. You can then build new, effective ways forward at your own pace.

Approach

We begin by mapping what keeps you stuck, working together to notice patterns that recur in feelings, relationships and daily routines. From my Bangalore office or via online sessions, in English, Bengali or Hindi/Urdu, pacing is guided by your comfort—balancing focused conversation with reflective pauses. I draw on psychodynamic and systemic thinking in individual and family work to trace how past experiences shape present reactions and to help you try new ways of relating between sessions. This approach often helps adults, couples and families facing transitions, anxiety, mood or relationship strains.
