About Me

I am a registered psychotherapist and accredited member based in Claremorris, County Mayo, Ireland. I work with children, adolescents, and adults on diagnostic assessments, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, men's issues, and performance difficulties. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and provide diagnostic and adoption assessments.

The Therapy sessions are designed to suit your needs and difficulties at the present moment, regular reviews to see if you are progressing and feeling better.
