Daniel Fryer practises Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). This approach is based on the idea that it’s not events themselves that cause distress, but the beliefs and patterns of thinking we attach to them. By identifying and changing these underlying beliefs, REBT helps reduce anxiety, manage stress more effectively, and promote long-term emotional wellbeing.
Alongside REBT, he uses hypnotherapy to support relaxation, focus, and deeper emotional change — helping clients quieten an overactive mind and strengthen their ability to cope with life’s challenges. He also draws on principles from positive psychology and coaching to encourage resilience, motivation, and personal growth, enabling clients to build a healthier, more balanced way of thinking and living.
