About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Chicago, Illinois. I treat anxiety and mood disorders and support LGBTQI+ clients and people living with HIV/AIDS. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessments and individual therapy.

Approach

Offering in person and telehealth from Chicago in English, I work in 45-50 minute, focused sessions that balance present symptoms with the life story that shapes them. Sessions move at a deliberate, reflective pace: we track moods and worries, clarify patterns uncovered through assessment, and test small shifts in behavior between sessions. My tone is measured and collaborative—you set the priorities, we use focused exploration to make sense of recurring feelings and choices. Adults and couples seeking careful, steady change often find this approach helpful.
