About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I help individuals navigate a broad range of life's challenges. My therapy supports clients across the age spectrum. I create an open space where we can collaboratively explore your difficulties. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs. We work together to gain understanding and develop practical ways forward. My aim is to foster resilience and well-being, whatever your age or concern.

Because my work covers all ages, I adjust pace, language and activities to fit each person’s stage of life. From my Dubbo practice and via secure online sessions in English we create focused sessions that blend gentle processing with structured techniques, allowing room for parents or partners when relevant.
