You hope that life can be better than this. Your ways of coping and controlling things in your life seem to be failing. You may feel like you're about to fall apart. Support from your friends and family aren’t enough. You need help to manage the overwhelm and make some big changes. I’m here for you. We’re going to drop in and get real about what’s really going on, in all of the layers. We’ll explore what compels you to do what you’re doing. We’ll figure out how these habits help and hurt you and find healthier ways to manage your stress. If you're working on addictions, I often support the goal of moderate usage. As we work together, you’ll begin to feel lighter and more balanced. As you feel better, we’ll clean out that closet of unfinished emotional business together. Eventually, there won’t be things lurking in the shadows to threaten you anymore. You’ll be wiser, more relaxed and more resilient. You'll be kinder to yourself and living the life you want. If you’re ready to dig in and do the work to be happier, please reach out to arrange a free 20 minute video consultation. To learn more about how we’ll work together, check out my website, www.easefull.com. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Me

I’ve been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2009. (California LMFT 48632; Massachusetts LMFT 1412) I’ve practiced mindfulness meditation since 2000 and mindful movement since 1997. I’m patient, attentive, and kind. I’m also spunky, creative, and engaging. I am inspired by helping others awaken to their strengths and heal through their weaknesses. I will invite you to feel more in your body, a.k.a. Somatic Psychotherapy. We will explore the energies of anxiety, love, anger and grief as physical sensations as well as the content of our thoughts.

Approach

Together we will explore and cultivate greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions and body. My style is most rooted in Mindfulness-based and Somatic therapies. I also use Internal Family Systems, the Hakomi method, Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic therapies. But most importantly, we will develop a loving, curious, connected and safe collaborative relationship.
