Cynthia Feghali, MA

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

“I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. With a specialization in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, I tailor sessions to each person’s needs, incorporating CBT techniques when appropriate to address unhelpful thinking patterns and everyday challenges.”

About me

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, helping clients explore their experiences, emotions, and relational patterns to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. When appropriate, I integrate CBT techniques to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

Approach

I view therapy as a journey of self-discovery, where understanding the connection between past experiences, present emotions, and relationship patterns can open the door to meaningful change. My aim is to help you make sense of what you are going through, recognize recurring patterns, and find new ways to navigate life's challenges at your own pace.
