An experienced psychologist (18 years) offering online & face-to-face counseling, psychotherapy, & psychological assessment . Can work with children as young as two years old, teens, adults and geriatric clients in varied cases.

I provide a safe and compassionate space for my clients to develop a deeper understanding of their internal worlds and how this affects their relationships and the way in which they engage with their environments. I hope to empower them with self-knowledge, enabling them to deal with current life crises or psychiatric illnesses, heal from past traumas and engage in all aspects of their lives in more meaningful ways.,

We are a men's mental health clinic that operates across Ontario. We help men develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. Our team of therapists work with men struggling with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, grief, relationship issues, sex and porn addiction, anger, trauma, and men's issues.
