About us
We provide psychotherapy and coaching in Utrecht, Netherlands, under a Gestalt/existentieel Therapeut licence. We use clear, direct sessions to explore feelings and plan practical steps for change.
Approach
In onze Praktijk voor Relatietherapie ligt de nadruk op aanwezigheid en eerlijke dialoog, waarbij we therapie vormgeven als korte, gerichte gesprekken die leiden tot concrete handvatten. Sessies vinden plaats in Utrecht en waar gewenst online, in het Nederlands, Engels of Duits, en het tempo stemmen we af op uw ritme. We werken met gestalt- en existentieel geïnspireerde interventies: we onderzoeken wat er in de kamer gebeurt, oefenen nieuw gedrag en stemmen kleine oefeningen tussen afspraken af. Deze aanpak past goed bij wie helderheid en praktisch onderzoek zoekt.
