Mr Clement Kimuhu

Counseling Psychologist

An experienced and results oriented Art & Play Therapist, Counselling Psychologist and Career Coach. I have hands on experience dealing with Multifaceted disorders in Children, Adolescents, Youth and Adults. I prefer using eclectic approach with an inclination to CBT( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques.

About Me

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, guiding them through complex emotional and behavioural challenges. My background as an Art & Play Therapist, Counseling Psychologist, and Career Coach informs my flexible approach. I use an eclectic approach, often drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. This helps clients develop practical strategies. Sessions are tailored, providing diverse tools to navigate difficulties and build lasting resilience.

Approach

My work often unfolds through hands-on activities and guided reflection, letting clients lead while I shape practical steps. In Nairobi and online, in English or Kiswahili, sessions move at a steady, goal-focused pace with clear check-ins and space for expression. I combine creative materials, structured skill practice, brief assessments and coaching conversations to track progress, using short between-session experiments to try new responses. This concrete, collaborative rhythm tends to suit people facing trauma, behavioural difficulties, addiction or questions about identity.
