i work holistically ussing a combination if Systemic Psychodynamic and Gestalt therapy. trained in EMDR to treat trauma

About Me

I help individuals navigate complex feelings, especially after trauma. My holistic approach combines Systemic, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt therapies. This allows us to explore how past experiences and relationship patterns shape your present. I also offer EMDR to gently reprocess difficult memories. This comprehensive method supports those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. It fosters lasting change and well-being, building on my M.A. in psychology from Argentina.

Approach

Working holistically, I attend to relational patterns, felt experience and unfolding narratives to map what keeps you stuck and clarify small shifts. In Melbourne or online, in English or Spanish, sessions move at a deliberate, caring pace—sometimes focusing on body sensations, other times on relational scenes—and we agree between sessions on brief experiments or notes. I weave gentle memory reprocessing with practical skills rehearsal and advocacy when needed, tailoring steps to your context. This way of working often helps adults and couples managing trauma, anxiety, burnout or relationship strain.
