I support young people navigating the complexities of addiction. Drawing on my specialised training, I help youth make sense of their experiences and develop practical strategies. We can work together to understand underlying patterns and find new ways forward. My aim is to create a calm, confidential space where you feel genuinely heard. Here, you can gain tools to use in your daily life.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move between focused assessment and practical skill-building, paced so you can try things out between meetings and bring back what worked. In Nairobi I offer appointments in English and Kiswahili, and I’m available online for those who prefer remote support. Sessions often blend exploration of trauma responses with concrete relapse-prevention strategies, using brief check-ins, reflective exercises and clear homework to make change manageable. Young people and parents looking for steady, practical support tend to find this style helpful.
