Psychological Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a certified wellness counsellor and psychometrist specialising in Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and emotional resilience. I support adults in exploring and understanding their internal parts, working with protective and vulnerable aspects to reduce anxiety, improve self-awareness, and build emotional strength. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each individual, helping you navigate life’s challenges, restore calm, and reconnect with your authentic self.

About Me

Working with me is about connecting with your inner parts safely and compassionately. I help you understand and befriend your protectors and vulnerable parts, building trust, self-awareness, and emotional balance. Together, we create a space where all parts are welcome, and you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

Approach

Internal Family Systems Therapy is a compassionate approach to understanding your inner world. It helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself, protectors that try to keep you safe, and vulnerable parts that carry fear, pain, or sadness. Through IFS, you learn to listen to, understand, and befriend these parts, allowing them to feel seen and supported. This process helps reduce internal conflict, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your true Self.
