Ms Christina H Principe

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Mindfulness based practice aimed at self-compassion, mindfulness, and living life to the fullest.

About Me

My mindfulness-based practice guides you towards greater self-compassion and a fuller life. Through gentle, guided exercises, we can explore how to meet your experiences with kindness. This approach helps you navigate challenges with a renewed sense of calm and presence. It's a supportive space to develop resilience and find joy in everyday moments.

Approach

Living more fully often starts with slowing down and noticing how you meet yourself. Whether we meet in my Melbourne, Florida office or online in English, sessions move at an unhurried, practical pace where curiosity guides the work. I invite focused attention, gentle somatic noticing, brief practices between sessions, and collaborative problem‑solving to trace patterns, interrupt stress cycles, and cultivate kinder internal responses. This way of working tends to suit people facing life transitions, parenting challenges, burnout, or anxious restlessness.
