Services
Hello everyone!
My name is Christian and I am a psychologist specializing in the application of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), sexological therapy and couples therapy. I have to mention first that english isn't my native language and, besides that I give therapy for many english speakers nowadays, my english is not perfect so that's something you need to know! We could make a first free videocall to meet each other and see how we could work with what you are dealing.
Anxiety disorders (phobias, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, excessive worry, agoraphobia, fear of speaking in public or when facing social situations, etc.), depressive disorders and their processes (postponing tasks, difficulties getting out of bed, avoidance of simple tasks, negative self-talk, etc.), "dismantling mental rumination" (helping reduce those intrusive, negative and repetitive thoughts that can become very annoying), emotional management (especially anger, sadness or sadness). shame), stress management, self-demand and maladaptive perfectionism (both at work or academically and in everyday life).
From sexology, I work on everything that has to do with orgasm disorders, difficulties maintaining an erection, pain or lack of lubrication at the time of intercourse, and sexual anxiety in general.
In relation to couples therapy, I mainly work on everything related to assertive communication in the couple, emotional regulation, decision making regarding common projects, pathological jealousy conflicts or infidelities.
