Counseling Psychologist

An experienced Psychologist working for mental health and emotional well-being. An Art Therapy enthusiast.

About Me

I am an experienced Counseling psychologist, committed to supporting your mental and emotional well-being. Life presents challenges, and I provide a calm, collaborative space to help you navigate these. As an art therapy enthusiast, I believe creative expression can gently illuminate feelings words might miss. This approach offers a unique way to explore your inner world, ideal for those seeking deeper self-understanding or a fresh perspective.

Approach

I guide sessions by pairing art-based prompts with reflective dialogue so feelings surface at a gentle pace and choices become clearer. Working with adolescents, adults, couples and parents in Mumbai and online, I offer bilingual sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu that balance structure with openness. We use short mindfulness practices, practical coping plans between meetings, and role-play or conflict-mapping for relationship strains and burnout, pacing work to what feels manageable. This approach often suits those seeking inner clarity through creativity alongside practical change.
