I have a passion for helping people come to find new ways of being that better reflect who they are. Counselling for me is a collaborative and creative process of curiosity and becoming.

About Me

I believe that counselling provides a space where people can feel heard, understood, and supported while navigating life's challenges. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, or uncertainty about the future, I aim to offer a compassionate and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together towards meaningful change. My work includes working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have experience supporting clients with emotional wellbeing, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem concerns, career development, and psychoeducational interventions. I also have experience within addiction treatment settings, where I have worked alongside multidisciplinary teams supporting individuals in recovery.

Approach

My counselling approach is collaborative, person-centred, and informed by evidence-based practices. I recognise that each individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and I strive to tailor the counselling process to meet your specific needs and goals. Seeking support can be a courageous step, and I am committed to providing a respectful and supportive space where you can explore your concerns, develop greater self-understanding, and work towards improved wellbeing.
