Ms Cheryl Guerriero

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Psychotherapy provided in office, telehealth, walk and talk and in-home therapy. In the process of accepting insurance, for self-pay only.

About Me

I provide psychotherapy in flexible ways to suit your needs. Choose from in-office, secure telehealth, or a refreshing walk-and-talk session. In-home therapy is also available for ease and accessibility. My goal is to meet you where you are, offering comfort for busy lives or different settings. Currently, sessions are self-pay; insurance acceptance is coming soon.

Approach

Sessions are shaped around what feels most manageable for you—whether we sit together in my Sparks office, connect by video in English, take a walk, or meet at home for added ease. Early sessions focus on steady pacing: short check-ins, gentle exploration of patterns tied to anxiety, mood shifts, burnout or past trauma, and practical tools you can try between meetings. I keep work collaborative and concrete, blending grounding with small experiments to build confidence. This approach tends to fit adults navigating transitions or chronic stress.
