Cheri

Mrs Cheri Flake, MSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I teach people how to get better at stress, stop procrastinating and stay motivated while we work on healthy habits and happy living. All of my clients begin by learning a practice of silence and mindfulness that they can incorporate into their every day life.

About Me

If daily stress feels overwhelming, or you struggle with procrastination and staying motivated, I can help. I teach practical ways to build resilience and foster lasting change. We’ll explore actionable strategies to manage daily pressures. Together, we establish healthy habits, guiding you towards a more balanced, happier life. Clients appreciate a supportive space to develop skills for consistent progress and well-being.

Approach

Expect practical, focused sessions that break overwhelming cycles into small, doable steps so you can feel steady and competent between meetings. I offer in-person work in Atlanta and secure online sessions in English, pacing our time to match attention and mood while using mindfulness, resiliency practices, and tried and true methods to help with symptoms and strengthen skills and confidence. A commitment to therapy requires a decision and openness to change that lasts with steady progress but without fluff.
