Ms Chelsea Gay

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a psychotherapist providing services to individuals and couples experiencing mental health challenges and life transitions. I work from an integrative, collaborative lens, where we will work together to explore, interpret and heal from the past while building skills to live in the present.

About Me

I offer a collaborative space for individuals and couples. We explore mental health challenges and life transitions together. My integrative approach helps you understand and heal from past experiences. We also build practical skills for living more fully in the present. This blend is ideal for those seeking both deep insight and concrete tools to navigate their daily lives.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move at a steady, practical pace where we notice how past patterns show up now and try small, concrete experiments to shift them. I work with clients in Kitchener or through secure English-language online sessions, meeting adolescents, adults and couples where they are. Between sessions I often suggest brief practices that strengthen emotional regulation, interrupt anger cycles, or soften anxious reactions while we track relational patterns and responses in-session. This approach tends to suit people facing trauma, life change or relationship strain who want insight plus doable steps.
