Ms Charné Glinski

Registered Clinical Psychologists

A Cape Town based clinical psychologist offering holistic, person-centred psychotherapy for adults. I hope to cultivate a therapeutic space where every client can authentically embrace themselves and embark on a journey towards their therapeutic goals with thoughtfulness and compassion for self.

About Me

I aim to create a truly person-centred space where you can explore your experiences holistically. Here, we cultivate self-compassion and thoughtfully work towards your unique therapeutic goals. This approach helps adults genuinely embrace who they are, fostering deep self-acceptance. If you are seeking a supportive environment, I offer a partnership to guide your journey with care.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions are intentional and paced to your needs, inviting curiosity about thoughts, feelings and the small habits that shape daily life. From my Cape Town practice and via secure online sessions, we use reflective dialogue alongside short experiments and grounding techniques so you can test shifts between meetings. Where helpful I include brief measures to track change, and we regularly agree practical steps you can try in real time. This approach often fits adults facing transitions, anxiety, burnout or identity questions who want thoughtful, collaborative support.
