About Me

Charlotte, a down-to-earth psychologist, empowers individuals to take responsibility for their mental wellbeing. She guides them to find their innate wisdom, bridging Western science with Eastern healing techniques. This holistic approach offers a unique path to navigate challenges and build the life they truly desire. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, ensuring accessible and grounded support wherever you are.

Approach

Because sessions are held online, I design each hour to feel grounded, calm and practical so you can use what we do between meetings. I blend gentle body-attuned exercises with mindset work—noticing unhelpful patterns, practising acceptance, clarifying values and testing small, value-led experiments—to shift how difficulties show up day to day. You’ll get short, manageable practices to try between sessions and clear steps for when things feel hard. This way of working suits adults ready for steady, collaborative change.
