Miss Chantel Simm

Registered Psychotherapist

A compassionate trauma and culturally informed therapist who works with individuals. If you've got trauma you're looking to process and not sure how to understand it or where to start, you've come to the right page.

About Me

I offer a compassionate, culturally informed space where you can safely explore past trauma. For youth- adults(12-50+), understanding your unique experiences is key. We can gently navigate the impact of difficult events, helping you process feelings with care. My approach ensures your cultural background is respected throughout our work, creating a truly supportive environment. This allows for deeper healing and lasting change.

Approach

Processing trauma with me often unfolds through gentle, curiosity-led sessions that honour your cultural context and life stage. I work from Brampton and online in English, keeping sessions paced with regular check-ins and practical tools to use between meetings. Conversations weave with body-centered practices so we can track sensations, strengthen boundaries, and gently reframe identity and relationship wounds in ways that feel manageable. This way of working tends to suit adolescents and adults seeking steady, embodied change.
