Chantal EID, M.Psi.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I help individuals understand and work through anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficult life transitions. Through a reflective and supportive therapeutic space, we explore underlying patterns and develop healthier ways to cope, grow, and reconnect with yourself.

About Me

Working with me offers a thoughtful, respectful, and confidential space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and life challenges with depth and clarity. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, and difficult life transitions, helping them understand underlying emotional patterns, strengthen resilience, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

Approach

My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic and integrative, focusing on understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I combine insight-oriented work with practical coping strategies, creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can reflect, gain self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
