Ms Chaitali Ipar

Counseling Psychologist

I am a person-centred, trauma-informed therapist with more than 8 years of experience. I work with individuals as well as couples and family-related concerns. I believe that once we explore, understand and accept our 'self' then we can bring a positive change in our lives.

About Me

I offer a person-centred, trauma-informed space for individuals, couples, and families to explore their experiences. With over eight years' experience, I guide you in understanding and accepting yourself. This collaborative process helps bring about lasting, positive change in your life. You'll find a supportive environment to navigate concerns and foster inner growth.

Approach

Believing that greater self-awareness sparks change, I structure sessions around gentle pacing, clear goals and practical steps that fit your rhythm. In Pune and online, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, we build a steady, safe space where small experiments — around relationships, boundaries, habits and past hurt — become the way you test new choices. Between sessions I suggest short reflections or tasks we’ll review together so progress stays collaborative and paced to your comfort. This way often helps adolescents and adults seeking steady, lasting shifts.
