Isiah Green

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space that will allow you to openly express your thoughts and feelings. Our agency offers affordable, low-cost, telehealth/online therapy.

About Me

I believe everyone deserves a place to truly be themselves, free from judgement. My goal is to help you openly explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive online space. We will work together to understand challenges and find clarity. Our affordable telehealth sessions make therapy accessible, allowing you to connect from anywhere. This approach suits those seeking a confidential, flexible environment to process their experiences.

Approach

When we meet online from Burbank or wherever you are, I focus on creating an accepting, steady space that helps you name what matters. Sessions are paced to your comfort—sometimes skill-building with short CBT practices and clear check-ins, sometimes slower processing for trauma or grief—with collaborative goals we revisit each week. Between sessions I may offer brief reflections or small experiments to try, keeping momentum without overwhelm. This way of working often fits people seeking practical steps alongside gentle exploration.
