Celine Elise Redfield

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We offer creative therapy which helps anxious and depressed individuals to let go of recent and past traumas by reducing stress and increasing self-awareness.

About Us

For those struggling with anxiety, depression, or lingering trauma, I offer creative therapy. This approach helps you gently process difficult experiences, often through expressive work, reducing stress and deepening your self-awareness. It is particularly helpful for individuals who find traditional talk therapy challenging. This offers a unique path to let go of the past and build inner resilience.

Approach

We help people move through lingering wounds by inviting hands-on, art-based exploration that eases overwhelm and brings clearer self-knowledge. Sessions, held in Portland or over secure online video in English, are paced to fit your comfort—mixing brief creative experiments, gentle reflection, and focused discussion so feelings and patterns become more visible. Between meetings you may receive short, optional invitations to continue noticing shifts in daily life. This way of working often suits those with anxiety, low mood, or stuck memories who prefer doing as much as talking.
