Psychotherapist

You are in loving hands when you see a therapist at The Attach Place, where our mission is to provide the kind of support everyone needs to heal from everyday struggles and deep attachment and abuse trauma.

About Me

At The Attach Place Center for Strengthening Relationships, LLC, we support individuals, couples, families to live their best lives. Our attachment-based, trauma-informed approach helps you reconnect with yourself and loved ones. We have a specialty online therapeutic parent program for parents of children from difficult beginnings called Love Matters Parenting Society. Through neurofeedback, EMDR, and somatic mindfulness we help calm nervous systems. Our goal is to strengthen relationships and foster lasting well-being.

Approach

At The Attach Place Center I guide work through attuned, paced sessions that help you feel steady enough to explore attachment wounds and family patterns. In Sacramento and via telehealth in English, Spanish or Vietnamese, sessions balance calming nervous-system support with reflective conversation, practical coaching for caregivers, and small experiments to try between meetings. You'll be invited to track shifts gently, with clear checkpoints and collaborative goals. This approach suits post-adoption families, couples, and individuals seeking relational repair and lasting regulation.
