Miss Catherine Njoroge, MSc
Clinical Psychologist
“I am a Clinical Psychologist and therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest about what you are experiencing, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults and young people navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-worth concerns, grief, life transitions, stress, and other experiences that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. My role is not to tell you how to live your life. Instead, I help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of your experiences, recognise patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating. I bring warmth, curiosity and compassion into the therapeutic space while also providing practical psychological tools that you can apply in everyday life. Whether you are seeking therapy because something feels wrong, you are struggling to understand yourself or your relationships, or you simply want support through a significant season of life, you do not have to navigate it alone.”
