Miss Catherine Muthiani

Counseling Psychologist

An interaction with me will be an opportunity to be more self-accepting, heal your traumas, process your losses, deal with your addiction, and find meaning in life by being more connected to self, others and the universe

About Me

I offer a calm, supportive space to explore life's challenges. Here, you can gently process past traumas, navigate significant losses, or address addiction. As a Psychologist and ICAP II professional, I guide you towards deeper self-acceptance. We work to find personal meaning. My approach helps strengthen your connection to yourself, others, and the wider world. You'll gain practical strategies to integrate insights into your daily life.

Approach

This opportunity unfolds through gentle curiosity and clear structure, guiding you toward greater self-acceptance while we address trauma, grief, and addictive patterns in concrete ways. In Nairobi I offer sessions in English and Kiswahili and also meet online, so work can continue between appointments where it suits you. Sessions move at your pace—focused reflection, simple skills practice, and short tasks between meetings help you translate insight into daily choices. People coping with loss, addiction, or the urge to grow often find this steady, collaborative approach helpful.
