I am what is called a therapist's therapists. I specialize in trauma recovery and help those who feel isolated, overwhelmed and alone. Are you feeling isolated or overwhelmed by PTSD symptoms? I offer specialized approaches to help you navigate difficult experiences and reclaim your sense of self. We can work together to process emotional violations and find a path towards stability. Teletherapy allows me to provide accessible support across California, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Pennsylvania, and Maine. My aim is to help you gently take back your life.
