Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Talking about yourself in therapy can be hard. I will try to make it as comfortable as possible. We’ll start by getting an idea of what you’re finding difficult and how this is affecting you. Some issues can be managed in just a few sessions. Other times people need ongoing help to manage complex/persistent problems.

About Me

I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting. My aim is to make it as comfortable as possible for you. We’ll gently explore what you're finding difficult and how this impacts your daily life. This helps us build a clear path forward. I work with clients on specific concerns, or provide ongoing support for more complex challenges. My approach helps you gain clarity and manage difficulties at your own pace.

Approach

Getting the right help at the right time can change lives. Whatever issues my clients are facing, my aim is to help relieve their distress in the most effective way possible. I’m not only good at providing my clients with mental clarity or a listening ear in times of need, but I also enjoy doing it. I have a master degree in Clinical and Adjustment Psychology from the Lebanese University, I have also completed my training consisting of 600 hours of applied training under supervision where I’ve gained invaluable skills in communication, understanding, and patience that I bring to every session. On a personal level, I am mostly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which allows me to tackle issues with an open mind and provide the right support to suit my clients. I’m motivated by creating a comfortable place for my clients in my practice, and knowing that I’m helping just one person makes my career choices worth it.
