Carla Litto

Relationship Therapist

Relationship expert working mostly with individuals to guide them through social interactions, breakups and decision-making without judgment

About Me

I work with individuals navigating relationship complexities. I offer a space without judgment. This is for those struggling with social interactions, breakups, or difficult decisions. My aim is to help you gain clarity and confidence. We can explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you find a clearer path forward. Together, we'll work towards choices that genuinely align with your well-being.

Approach

After we’ve clarified what matters to you, sessions focus on noticing patterns that show up in relationships and daily choices. We follow your lead on timing, using focused conversation, reflection, and brief role‑play to try alternative ways of responding. Between meetings I may offer short experiments or reflection prompts so you can test what feels different and track small shifts. That steady, low-pressure rhythm tends to help people dealing with anxiety, relationship questions, or life transitions find more confidence in social moments.
