Mrs Candice Nicolo

Clinical Psychologist

An authentic, empathic and supportive space is provided, and therapy is structured around the client's individual needs.

About Me

I believe feeling truly heard is essential. As your Clinical Psychologist, I create an authentic, empathic, and supportive space. Here, your unique experiences are central. Therapy is carefully structured around your individual needs. We can explore challenges and develop practical strategies together. My personalised approach suits those seeking a tailored journey towards greater understanding and well-being. Every step feels right for you.

Approach

You’ll notice a steady, attentive rhythm that honours your story while shaping practical steps tailored to where you’re stuck. Sessions are offered in English from my Cape Town practice or via secure online meetings, and are paced to suit adolescents, adults, parents and couples. Together we track patterns, gently explore early influences and current relationships, and try small experiments between sessions to build new ways of coping. This way of working tends to suit those who want thoughtful, collaborative change rather than quick fixes.
