I understand that improving oneself and healing is a unique journey for each individual. Warmth and empathy are key values I live by in my therapeutic sessions. By showing empathy, I have helped hundreds of clients reach their therapeutic goals.

About Me

I’m Byron Werbeloff, founder of Centred Counselling, and I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, even when they’ve tried “everything” already. My approach is empathetic and solution-based. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly understood, not judged or rushed. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about understanding what’s been shaping you, identifying what’s no longer serving you, and learning healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges. I work extensively with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship and marriage difficulties, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with overthinking, burnout, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. I offer a calm, structured, and safe therapeutic space where difficult conversations can happen honestly and at your pace. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or practical tools to cope better, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and centred in your life and relationships.

Approach

Healing unfolds at your own pace, and I aim to support that process with empathy, clarity, and practical guidance. Together, we shape sessions around your needs, whether that involves brief check-ins, deeper therapeutic work, or gentle between-session practices suited to life with trauma, chronic illness, or attention differences. Our work combines grounding, reflection, and skill-building to help insights translate into meaningful everyday change.
