I offer a dedicated space for children, adolescents, and adults to explore ongoing personal anguish. As a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, I guide you in making sense of complex emotions. We can work together to unravel deep-seated distress. For those feeling profoundly stuck, my consistent, tailored approach helps to foster greater understanding and lasting emotional stability. Approach

We move from naming the pain into an unfolding process that explores feelings, memories and nightly images to find meaning and relief. In Ridgewood and via secure online sessions in English, I keep the pace steady and adapt moments to fit children, teens, adults and elders. I combine reflective conversation with guided dream work, symbolic play and focused assessment so we can test ideas, notice patterns between sessions and build reliable ways to feel steadier.
