As a member of the LGBT community, Brydan is particularly focused on supporting LGBT individuals. In Australia, he works with adults, those in rural and regional areas, and the LGBT community. His practice is based in Australia, but he travels regularly to Vietnam and other Asian countries to provide in-person support, complemented by online therapy and consultations.
Brydan believes in the power of empathy, respect, and collaboration in the therapeutic process. He works closely with his clients to build resilience, promote self-awareness, and develop the skills necessary for managing mental health effectively.
