Clinical Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a clinical psychologist working psychoanalytically to help you uncover unconscious patterns and achieve authentic growth. Specialising in sexuality, sexual identity, depression, and anxiety, I offer a compassionate space to explore your story, fostering insight, healing, and lasting change.

About Me

I run a private practice in Higgovale, Western Cape, South Africa. I offer psychoanalysis, relationship counselling, clinical supervision, and psychological and diagnostic assessments in a confidential setting to support emotional and relational concerns.

Approach

My way of working is shaped by careful listening and a belief that much of our inner life speaks softly before it can be understood. I offer a calm, reflective space where we can slow down and attend to what is felt but not yet fully known. Together, we begin to notice patterns, emotions, and relationships that quietly influence how life is lived. Therapy becomes less about fixing what is “wrong” and more about discovering meaning, restoring connection, and allowing something new to take shape.
