About Me

I offer a confidential space where adolescents and adults can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. We can work together to understand life's challenges, making sense of experiences and developing practical coping strategies. My aim is to help you build resilience and find greater clarity. Clients often find this collaborative approach a supportive match. It helps them navigate complexities and foster personal growth.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move at a practical, paced rhythm where feelings are noticed, hypotheses tested, and small experiments turn insight into change. I work with clients in Cape Town and online in English, so we can maintain momentum between meetings when helpful. Together we use focused talking, behavioural experiments, and manageable tasks tailored to anxieties, body image concerns, mood shifts or life transitions, attending to what feels most urgent for you. This way of working tends to suit people who want thoughtful, steady progress.
