About Us
We provide psychotherapy, relationship counseling, adolescent therapy, and EMDR in Alexandria, Virginia. We create a calm, confidential space for adolescents, individuals, and couples. Our clinicians teach practical skills to manage stress, process trauma with EMDR, and strengthen relationships.
