About Me

As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I offer therapy and support to individuals, couples, and families. I'm especially interested in helping clients navigate the impact of trauma. We can work together to explore difficult experiences in a safe, compassionate space. To understand your unique needs more deeply, I also provide emotional, intellectual, and neuropsychological assessments. This comprehensive approach helps clients gain clarity and find a way forward.

Approach

We begin by using focused assessments to map strengths and challenges, then shape sessions that feel steady and collaborative. In Kempton Park I work in English in a calm, structured setting where couples, families and individuals can explore painful memories at a manageable pace. Sessions blend reflective conversation, practical skills and insight from neuropsychological findings; between sessions I offer brief tasks to practice new ways of relating and coping. This approach tends to suit people seeking clear, compassionate work that honours their pace and priorities.
