Ms Bipasha Sharma, PhD
Counseling Psychologist
“I support children, adolescents, adults and parents who are navigating emotional, behavioural, developmental and life challenges, and who are looking for a space that feels safe, respectful and truly understanding. My work focuses on helping you make sense of your self, emotions and life situations. whether you are coping with stress, anxiety, low mood, life and career transitions, parenting concerns, neurodevelopmental differences, behavioural difficulties, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next steps. With a person-centered and neurodiversity-affirming approach for adults, and a play-based, child-centric approach for children, I work collaboratively with you to build insight, emotional regulation, confidence and practical coping strategies. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to support you in understanding yourself better, recognising your strengths, and finding solutions that fit right for you and your values.”
