Mr Beto Penhos

Hypnotherapist

“Hypnotherapy and mind reprogramming for people who already understand their patterns and want them to finally change.”

About me

I'm Beto Penhos, based in Mexico City. I specialize in subconscious blocks: the programs behind anxiety, insecurity and feeling stuck that keep running even after you understand where they come from. I work with adults and professionals, in English and Spanish, online or at my office in Interlomas. Author of "Tu ansiedad te está mintiendo" (Your anxiety is lying to you).

Approach

I use RECODE, a mind reprogramming method that combines cognitive and somatic hypnosis. Each 60-minute session starts with a conversation to locate the program that gets triggered and what sets it off. Then we go into hypnosis to rewrite it; you stay conscious and in control the whole time. You take home a personalized audio to reinforce the change between sessions. A typical process is four weekly sessions.
