Mr Benjamin Garrett, BSc

Psychotherapist

I believe that therapy offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we can work towards greater self-understanding, helping you to live a freer, more meaningful, and authentic life.

About Me

I’m a recent graduate from PCI College Dublin, and I have a particular interest in psychodynamic therapy. I'm curious about people, and I aim to help people better understand themselves and always strive to be authentic and helpful with my clients. I have supported people with a variety of issues. With each client I work with, I feel like I continue to grow both personally and professionally as a therapist.

Approach

I mainly work from a psychodynamic perspective with a compassionate and client-centred approach. I believe we don't fully know our own hearts and minds, and psychotherapy is a method of getting to know ourselves on a deeper level.
