Registered Psychotherapist,
Bushey, London.
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults, either online or in person in Bushey. Some people come to therapy with a clear issue — such as anxiety, burnout, shame, or relationship difficulties. Others come with a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others.
You don’t need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what’s wrong. Therapy can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward a way of living that feels more real, grounded, and sustainable.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see whether it feels like a good fit to work together.
In-person sessions are £70, reflecting the costs involved. Online sessions are £60. I do offer some discounts depending on circumstances so please inquire if that is prohibitive.

CORE SERVICES:
When life feels cramped by anxiety, shame or messy relationships, I invite curiosity about the small moments that keep you stuck and the choices that loosen them. Working online from London in English, sessions move at a practical, reflective pace—sometimes lively, sometimes quiet—and we set doable experiments between meetings to test new ways of relating and attending. I track attention, communication patterns and self-critical thinking with gentle challenge and collaborative planning so insight becomes clearer day-to-day choice. People juggling attention differences, low self-worth or relationship strain often find this steady, compassionate way helpful.
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, either online or in person, providing a consistent space where something real can unfold. The frame is simple and steady — a protected hour where you can slow down, speak freely, and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. It’s a confidential, collaborative space where you are met with curiosity, respect, and care — not judged, analysed or fixed.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, shame, burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, identity questions, and lack of meaning. Many of my clients feel stuck in familiar patterns or find themselves asking deeper questions about meaning, direction, or belonging. You don’t need a diagnosis to come to therapy — just a sense that something isn’t working, and a willingness to explore what’s going on.
Psychotherapy offers the chance to step back from the pressures of daily life and listen more closely to yourself. It can help you untangle what you’re feeling, find new language for old wounds, and begin to live with more clarity and freedom. Change may not happen all at once — but something shifts when you feel really understood and able to bring your whole self to the process.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and felt like you had to perform or be "a good client." Or maybe it felt too clinical, too passive, or too focused on fixing you. I work in a way that’s more spacious, honest and relational — helping you move beyond coping strategies and into deeper self-understanding. If past therapy didn’t quite reach you, we can talk about why — and try something different.
Starting therapy can feel daunting or uncertain, especially if you’ve struggled to find the right fit before. My advice is to bring your genuine self, including doubts and questions, and to give the process some time. Change doesn’t usually happen overnight, but even small moments of insight or relief can build into meaningful shifts. Therapy is a collaboration — if something doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to say so. I’m here to support you in finding your own way forward, at a pace that respects where you’re at.
